If you choose to Authenticate with Microsoft, we will use your organization's tenant to ensure that only employees from your company can access and complete the questionnaire. Your responses will be securely stored with us, and when you click Save, we will automatically receive your data. Remember to press Save before downloading or closing the fan.
If you choose Continue without authentication, no data will be sent to us. If you want to share the questionnaire with coworkers, you can create a sharable link. You will need to download the completed questionnaire as a CSV file at the end and send it to us manually via email.
